Garbage/Recycling Bins
Owners are reminded that all garbage/recycling bins are to be stored in the garage until the day of pick up and then returned to the garage. Please store your bins accordingly to keep the neighborhood looking aesthetically pleasing.
Parking
Just a reminder to all residents that parking of boats, trailers, and campers on your lot is limited to a total of 90 days between April 15 and November 15. These vehicles must be removed from your lot every two weeks. These limitation are to ensure that these vehicles to not become a permanent fixture in your yards.
Mailbox Post Color
The color of the mailbox post for the Fairwinds neighborhood is Glidden Evermore Ashton Grey. Since this color is not longer manufactured by Glidden, the mix information show can be used at Home Depot to get the color match.
Goose Roundup
In June of 2024, the USDA APHIS Wildlife Services will be in conducting a goose roundup to reduce the number of geese in the ponds. While this is unpopular with some homeowners, geese are considered a nuisance animal.
