The Fairwinds Boulevard and Chapman Boulevard entrances to Phase 1 of Chapman Farms will be closed to all traffic other than homeowners in Chapman Farms. This includes the roundabout. The current date of work is September 10-11, 2024.
Update 9/11/2024 - The road paving will be rescheduled for a future date. Roads will be open with the exception of a portion of Sandhill Lane.
