The HOA received an anonymous letter that there was a play structure in a common area of the subdivision. The named owner was contacted and it was discovered the structure preceded his ownership of his property. It was apparently built by some Fairwinds neighborhood kids several years ago. He has added to it since then so that his kids could play on it. We contacted our attorney who advised us to install a sign advising that people should play at their own risk. The owner has agreed to install two signs. Please contact the HOA if you have any questions.
